  • Yes & No. This membership is for advanced community builders so if you don’t have any kind of community or product yet, this isn’t for you. But if you have an adjacent product – like an in-person experience or a program and you’re evolving it into a membership, then we encourage you to apply. It’s very likely you’re a great fit!  The coaching, templates, and peer comparison will save you months of trial-and-error.

  • Expect one 60–90 minute call per month, plus optional time to plug in templates and test small improvements. Most founders see results by spending just 1–2 hours per week implementing what they learn.

  • Perfect. The Collective is built for founders who want to fix engagement, increase retention, and build a stronger structure — whether you have 20 members or 2,000. Small communities often see the fastest improvements.

  • Yes. Every member has opportunities to get direct feedback from Becky and the Affinity team, plus input from peers who are solving the same problems you are. You’ll never make decisions in the dark again.

  • You get monthly coaching calls, a private community of practice, plug-and-play templates, real-time feedback, and behind-the-scenes examples from other successful communities. It’s everything you need to improve your community week after week.

  • It’s both — but with the structure of a community of practice. You get memberships’ ongoing support plus coaching’s direct feedback and accountability.

  • Yes! If you have a community manager or operations director that you want to have access to the Collective to implement our templates and processes, you’ll be able to add them during your onboarding process.

  • No. If you need hands-on audits or custom product builds, you’ll want Affinity’s strategy or custom services. The Collective is built for founders who want to learn, test, and grow together, with guidance but not full done-for-you work.

  • The majority of our calls are recorded, and most members watch the replay and submit questions ahead of time. You’ll still get direct support, even if you can’t attend live.

  • Membership is a 12-month commitment — because meaningful community change comes from consistent, compounding improvements over time.
